Who is responsible
Intifica Pty Ltd is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to enquiries or administer the service.
Information we collect
Client enquiries ask for your name, work email and message. Company and enquiry topic are optional. Associate introductions ask for your name, work email and message about your expertise, experience and availability; company is optional. The form also records the enquiry type, source page and form version so Intifica can route and manage it correctly.
Please share only an outline through the form. Detailed site, client, personnel or commercially sensitive information can follow through an agreed channel.
How we use and store it
Intifica uses enquiry information to understand and respond to your request, assess potential work or associate fit, maintain appropriate business records and protect the website from misuse. The original submission is stored by the form provider; email notifications are secondary and a notification failure does not delete the stored enquiry.
Enquiry records are kept only while reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting relationship and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. They are then deleted or de-identified where practical. Service-provider backups and security logs may follow the provider’s own retention cycle.
Service providers and analytics
Netlify hosts and delivers the website and processes form submissions for Intifica. Intifica’s email provider handles submission notifications and any later email correspondence.
Netlify Web Analytics uses server-side request data to report pageviews, estimated unique visitors, popular pages, broad locations, referring sources and missing resources. This site does not add a browser analytics script or analytics cookie. Netlify may process request information, including IP addresses, to produce those reports and operate the service.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what personal information Intifica holds about you, request correction, or ask for deletion where applicable. Intifica may need to retain limited records where law or a legitimate record-keeping need requires it.
